STEP #1
A barcode is assigned to each gas cylinder recording unique details of each product such as serial number, manufacturer name, manufacturing date, product code, volume, gas family, testing date, etc. Even if the barcode is removed, the data on the cylinder will provide the necessary information to identify the cylinder.
STEP #2
At filling, each cylinder is scanned. A link is created between a production batch number and the cylinder. This batch number identifies the cylinder and the specific gas contained within the cylinder. Once filled, the cylinder status changes to full.
STEP #3
Before truck loading, all cylinders needed for a shipment are scanned to make sure the right quantities and products are loaded on the truck to fulfill all deliveries to customers.
STEP #4
At delivery, each full delivered and empty returned cylinder is scanned. The delivery note lists all barcode numbers for your complete information.
